Boats and buildings - Hobart, Tasmania Part 6/6

Last few pictures from Hobart, Tasmania.
All pictures were taken with my trusty Fujifilm Natura Classica (Natura 1600 film).

What a memorable 25th. Definitely a highlight of 2012.
I am a lucky girl :)

For more photos from Hobart, here are all the posts in 6 parts:

Part 1 - Scenery
Part 2 - Salamanca Markets
Part 3 - Museum of Old and New Art (MONA)
Part 4 - Farmers' Markets

Farmers' Markets - Hobart, Tasmania Part 4

hobart tasmania markets

More photos from Hobart trip in September 2012 (finally posting up the last batch).
In addition to Salamanca markets, there are a few Farmers' markets around the city held on Sundays. We read about this particular one in a travel brochure from our hotel and decided to check it out. For anyone visiting Hobart, a treck to the local markets for Tassie's fresh produce is highly recommended!

A Melbourne New Years 2013

Instagram

For the second time in 2012, we decided to visit Melbourne again during the Xmas/NY break.

We visited our favourite cafes and alleways but also discovered quirky shops and extravagant bookshops which we loved. During our stay, we explored other tourist spots around Melbourne we didn't get to visit last time such as Docklands, Chapel St and Brighton Beach.
Fireworks in Melbourne aren't quite as impressive as Sydney's but sitting along Yarra River to welcome 2013 with the special someone was memorable nonetheless :)
